MedEx includes Outpatient and Inpatient Management, Appointments Scheduling, Doctor’s Manager, Pharmacy, Laboratory Management, Ward Management, Electronic Health Records, Business Intelligence and Revenue Cycle Management, Patients & Family Portals, Medical Electronic Billing, Accounting, and HR/Payroll and allows integration of other third-party systems.

Information Desk Module

This module deals with all types of enquiries received by patients for a particular service. It includes patient registration, walk-in, telephone or e-appointments.

Laboratory, Radiology/Medical Services

This module is used by the pathology/radiology labs to record and disseminate information regarding the tests performed.

OPD / In-Patient Management

This module registers patient details based on general and demographic information. Patients are allocated a Unique Identification Number (UID) and card at the time of registration.

Pharmacy Management Module

Management of drugs, materials and dispensable items including orders and requisitions. Each of your departments can manage its own stock of inventory items, along with sale prices when required.

Finance/Cashier Module

This module facilitates billing/cashier and operations for different Outpatient and Inpatient categories.

Human Resources Module

This module takes care of the complete working of the Human Resources Management Unit in the hospital from the time candidates apply for a job till the time they resign.
