Information Desk Module
This module deals with all types of enquiries received by patients for a particular service. It includes patient registration, walk-in, telephone or e-appointments. Patient enquiry, Appointments enquiry, Investigation appointment enquiry, Consultants enquiry, Investigation enquiry, In-patient enquiry
Outpatient Management
This module registers patient details based on general and demographic information. Patients are allocated a Unique Identification Number (UID) and card at the time of registration. This also deals with recording the patients’ vitals, basic medical treatment details, booking appointments & scheduling, report viewing etc.
Pharmacy Management Module
Management of drugs, materials and dispensable items including orders and requisitions. Each of your departments can manage its own stock of inventory items, along with sale prices when required. On stocking, you can set expiry dates for drugs, and run Expired Items reports. You can define the minimum acceptable stock, and extract reports when you're running low.
Finance/Cashier Module
This module facilitates billing/cashier and operations for different Outpatient and Inpatient categories. It provides automatic posting of charges related to different services like bed charges, lab tests conducted, medicines issued, consultant’s fee, food, beverage and telephone charges etc. Payment modes/details, Patient billing details, Multi-currency payment, Cash collection dashboards
Patient Care Module
This module provides the registration of births and deaths, accurate birth and death certificates, handling of birth and death registers management and generation of statistical reports, updated in real time. Information can be ported to any Government Portals
Human Resources Module
This module takes care of the complete working of the Human Resources Management Unit in the hospital from the time candidates apply for a job till the time they resign. It includes Leave manager, Duty roster, Overtime management, Bonus and incentive management
Inpatient Management Module
This module commences when the patient is being registered and allotted a bed in the ward. It deals with the complete treatment and services provided to the patient during his/her stay in the hospital. Conversion from OP to IP, Ward / Bed allocation, Raising investigations and report viewing, Requisition of drugs / consumables, Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers, Patient billing / activities / audit, Discharge summary
Ward Management Module
This module deals with an integrated solution for all the nursing stations in the wards, surgical intensive care unit, medical care unit and day-cares. The module takes care of nursing procedures, clinical procedures, in-patient service allocation, pharmacy order, and lab & blood bank services. Laboratory, Radiology/Medical Services
This module is used by the pathology/radiology labs to record and disseminate information regarding the tests performed. The laboratory/radiology departments receive online orders from doctors and effectively manages patient medical tests, scans, ECG graphs, exam reports, commercial records and laboratory department activities, Service and test setup, Requisition generation from lab order/bill, Sample collection process, Interfacing with lab analysers, Lab inventory management, Diagnostic packages using different tests, Billing/Payment of lab orders, Print queue process
Reports
MedEx is designed to generate MIS reports and make them available to key decision-makers in the hospital. This feature helps top management make more informed decisions and direct the hospital towards providing better healthcare services. These reports can be printed and downloaded in different formats as per the requirements. The following reports are available currently: Service wise Revenue Report, Doctor wise Revenue Report, Daily Collection Report, User wise Collection Report, Patient Report with Outstanding Payment Area wise Patient List
